Sound Bath

Service Description

A Sound Bath. Being bathed in sound. This is a gathering place for energetic beings to rest and reset. Allow yourself this hour to reconnect with YOU. To put the daily grind behind and honor yourself. Bring with you, your intentions of healing and self love, and in return you'll find yourself floating off into the ethers while your physical body is restful and doing some much needing healing. Bring a yoga mat and any other items to make you more comfortable while lying on the floor (ei, bolster, pillow, blanket). Each session will be offered with a theme and intention for collective healing for energetic beings. This is a peaceful way to reconnect with your higher self. Feel free to bring a sealable bottle of water for hydration and a journal for insights and wisdoms you'd like to integrate from your experiences. Locations may vary Intuitive Wholistics rents out larger spaces for Sound Baths. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class to get settled in.
